Day 1: Cape town to myoli beach
Today we have an early morning departure from Cape Town. We will make a stop at a local bakery for breakfast en route towards the Garden Route. After lunch, we visit The Wilderness section of The Garden Route National Park, from here we grab our kayaks and paddles and head up a beautiful river where we can spot many magnificent bird species along the way. We then join a path leading us through the indigenous forest to a waterfall where we can have a well-deserved swim. After an epic day, we settle into our comfortable accommodation next to the Indian Ocean if we are lucky we may even catch the sunset from the beach. Today we head out early towards Plettenberg Bay and visit The Robberg Peninsula Marine and Nature Reserve to enjoy an easy hike on what is surely one of the most beautiful coastal trails on the Garden Route. Keep your eyes peeled for Dolphins, Whales, Sharks and Seals. After our hike, we make our way to the majestic Tsitsikamma, where you can top off an EPIC day by jumping off the Worlds Highest Bungee Bridge @216m, will you throw your self into the abyss below? If the bungee is not your cup of tea we can visit Tsitsikamma Adventures and you can enjoy a Waterfall Zipline adventure. We then make our way to our overnight stop in the world famous surf town of Jeffreys Bay. Today is your day. Choose to go for a surf lesson, horse ride on the beach or enjoy a lazy morning on the beach and shopping in the J-Bay factory stores. After lunch, we will head to a quiet corner of the Tsitsikamma National Park and enjoy an easy hike through the indigenous forest to a secret beach. Tonight we overnight in Wilderness Area. Included Activities: Hike to a beautiful secret beach in the Tsitsikamma Optional Activities: Surf lesson (R350) or board rental (R150), Beach horse riding (R450), Shopping at the many factory shops Meals Included: Breakfast and Dinner DAY 4: Wilderness TO Cape Town
Today we wake up with a view over the Indian Ocean. After trying to spot some dolphins while enjoying breakfast we head out to visit a Private Game Reserve and go on a 3 Hour Safari Drive in an open vehicle where you can hopefully spot Zebra, Lion, Buffalo, Hippos, Rhino, and Giraffe and many other animals in a natural habitat. We enjoy our final lunch together at the lodge before heading back to Cape Town after an epic weekend of adventure. Included Activities: 3 hour guided game drive Meals Included: Breakfast |
